Training for fight is rigid

The workout we do is nothing compared to a fighter in training. It's not only the physical aspect that a fighter trains for but also the mental preparation is needed. But I think the most difficult part is the diet. A fighter on training develops a big appetite but he cannot just eat because he is watching his weight.

I think there really isn't any easy aspect when it comes to this subject. It's very difficult to maintain a perfect balance among workouts, diet and mind. Honestly, I think this perfect balance doesn't exist... But for a real fighter, it's a constant fight.

Taking a well monitored diet is a big challenge. You need to develop a body that can metabolize and digest such high protein and calorie diet. This is no doubt very difficult . A slow monitored approach under a proper expert guidance is the only key.
