Have you ever tried to do some crazy diet?
#1
Some fighters mistakenly choose to follow some crazy diets to try to get good results in faster ways, ignoring the fact that the harms these types of diets can do. Often only realizing it only when they have some kind of health problem. This is very worrying.

What do you think about it?

I never believed in these fad diets to begin with. The fact that some celebrities endorse these diets is only a form of marketing on their part. The reality is that these celebrities never attempted to try these diets personally, because they know that the effects of these diets will be harmful to their own bodies. The only reason why companies seek the endorsement of these celebrities has more to do with money. Celebrities will take a slice of the advertising pie in exchange for keeping secret facts which are only known to them and their endorser as well as the company that is paying them.

A regular diet and exercise is better for me than anything else.

Not only the fighters choose diets that may harm their health, and the rest of the people do this sometimes. Taking weight is very easy but losing weight is a very hard to do, you need commitment and psychical power to succeed to keep a healthy diet that will help in losing weight in a relatively small time without to affect the body health!

Diet is a very important aspect in any trainers cause. If you fail to take care of what you consume at all times, the adverse effects costs a lot. Some fighters makes the mistake of going for fatty food, this increases the body fat making one to be sluggish and slow to response.

As body system differs so does bad dieting affect the consumer. So therefore every trainer or fighter should be careful and cautious when choosing his/her diet in order to maintain fitness and ability to keep top form.

Unfortunately this is a type of practice that is widely reproduced by millions of people and is very worrying because the index is very high. There must be awareness of how harmful this can be to those who practice them.
