Bloated fighters when not training
I had read an article about the normal life of fighters when they are not in training. Most of them are bloated by 20 pounds or more. Eating is one way of enjoying life and fighters, especially the winners, are indulging in good food. That's why fighters have a hard time at the start of training because their initial problem is the shedding off of excess baggage.
Yes, this is correct, because a body is accustomed to the high activity though the long period of the time, so once it doesn't waste so much energy, it starts to accumulate it.
This happened to me when I slowed down, the pounds miraculously accumulate. It is not so much about the food, but about the way you waste it and how much.
